in all fairness will you notce 30 kgs of weight loss?, i suppose if you were keeping the car on the realistic day to day run, you could lose the spare wheel (15kg saving), then get lightweight alloys (15 kg saving) then lighter 2 piece discs which, along with the above makes about 70 kgs in total putting the car at 1300 kg.

but will take alot of money to lose weight

Tbh Aaron you can't have a lightweight hatchback racer and still carry Lilly about - making it 'light' involves taking out all the things you need to carry her and also all your audio gear.

You'd be almost better off shoving something daft in the beater as that's already fagpacket light in the first place :)

i never give it stick with Lily in the car. i would buy a cheap rear seat for her car seat to sit on and if i were going to Pod or a track day id take it all out, including the audio.

i shove soomething daft in the pigeon everyday.... me :)

not even started mate.... Friday now, if Greig doesnt have the time, i will do it... its only mocking up ill let him take it apart and do the final build. the main thing for me is to get the exhaust fabbed up. i had some v-bands knocked up at work today, theres £100 saved :)
