10mm is alot when your trying to fit the thing, lots of trimming with the inside of the bumper to and for some reason ive managed to fit the 50mm core with ac still in place but needs adjusting though not quite sitting right,

Fitting isnt to hard but would help if someone knows what there doing with the kit though im not to good when it comes to cars, ive had it all apart and seems fairly simple, will post pics when i get a memory card for my phone so i can download the pics.

Jabba fitted my 40mm core without cutting the bumper and only just removing the lower grill, i'm not sure if the 50mm core comes with brackets to move the rad back a bit to give more space and still keep the a/c.

I'm not sure, i just watched tv while mine was fitted!!!, i don't think it's been moved back but i haven't really looked properly since it's been fitted.

Alex or h17och will know as they've fitted one or two between them.

Does the 50mm core depth only mean you lose the A/C on a Pro Alloy setup because it's quite tall??

The likes of the THS and Ebay coolers are normally 65mm and I haven't heard anyone mention having to remove the AC??
