cant drive it as its got no interior til i pick it up, or dash or clocks or anything else remotely legal.

Need to get interior, then go to auto electrician without any clocks  so he can sort wiring in so can put dash and clocks back in

then away for the weekend at a massive ford show and hopefully have a bit of play on the way down.

If it had been running could have showed you but its going nowhere at the minute lol

Will get it to a meet once its all sorted though for sure [B)]

why dont you run standard ecu and wiring loom with clocks etc.

ihi is fine on oe management so may be easier (buy and bolt on)

its on DTA management so i wouldnt really wanna lose that to use OE management.

Going to auto electrician who is going to rewire all the necessary components next week

why not tho as ihi mapping on oe management is fine. you would have all the immobioliser back etc also

the standard immobiliser is the least of my problems lol

id get a decent one put in at some point, just seems a waste of perfectly decent ( albeit expensive ) management

fair enough. im just think for ease and because you dont NEED it i thought id mention it.

on the plus side...no maf's and n75's

then again, no logs or fault codes

6 of one, half a dozen of another

as an example, here is a standard front bumper off a cupra ( i think )

Cupra5-1.jpg

and here is our modified front bumper to allow access for intercooler pipes plus extra ventilation

weve just removed this nice piece of mesh

and it now looks like this

obviously the black trim isnt on the last pic as removed it to polish bumper up

same as what andy dea did to his. ive also cut the centre bar out.

only thing with the sides cut out is if nothing is there to fill them it can look bare

im also tempted by taking a holesaw to the number plate recess for trackdays:D
