5 door FR Technology 1.4 TSI 125 ordered 26th September.

Options 18" Wheels, Winter pack, spare wheel and tools, Monsoon Grey.

Dealer had a Monsoon with 18's and convenience pack on order for stock with an estimated build week of 47. They were going to try and change this one to my spec.

Dealer confirmed today that the car has just changed to status 30 which apparently means built. Should be here in the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Well as my new car is yet to be built and my exisiting lease going back in a couple of weeks i am off shopping this weekend for a dirt cheap run around. The excitement is too much as whether to go for the 1.2 or 1.4 fiesta or 1.0 corsa. Choices choices

It will be a little bit of step up when the new one arrives!!

Another failed call back from Raheel. Once I willing to forgive, but twice is completely out of order, especially when I told him to ring me even if there wasn't anything to update me on.

I'm currently on hold to Seat UK now to see if I might be able to escalate this to someone higher, because reading through some replies here it doesn't appear that Raheel is able to help with any of this.

EDIT: So hah the line put me on hold but apparently the offices are closed. Nice one SEAT. I'm going to give them a very moody call tomorrow morning

I gave up on Raheel. He's clueless and no help whatsoever. He got in touch with my dealer who I've since been in touch with and they seem to be very helpful. They're going to discuss my extension with VWFS and their meeting this week, update by the weekend apparently. Maybe I should be grateful to Rahell, maybe he gave them a shove....then again I doubt he did.

New Order placed 30th October on pch.
Cupra Nevada White 5dr, manual, pan roof, acc, seat sound, camera pack, winter pack, blade skirts.
Unconfirmed build week. Both the dealer and VWFS have said to expect April delivery.

Current lease extended by 3 months. After 3 months they will extend my current lease indefinitely until the new car arrives.

They have formally agreed to extend my existing lease based on the condition that I have an order placed with them and it's in their system.

My current extension is based on my current rate which was reduced by £100 per month due my last milage amendment. I was under significantly. It's actually worked out pretty well, although a long wait I'm not paying much for current Cupra. It actually allowed me to select a few more options.

Only sore point is that I'll miss out on the virtual cockpit.

I found out the hard way that any changes (options) made to a new order placed on pch after it's been submitted results in a cancellation and a new order needing re submitting.

This obviously increases the wait..

Nice one! You're back on the spreadsheet.

Did you change your mileage on a PCH contract? I'm on PCP but nearly 10,000 miles under. If I can change that and save some £ that soften the blow.

I'm going to keep on eye on the forums and update the spreadsheet as and when. Really busy at the moment. I won't reply to everyone individually to save clogging the thread up. If I miss your update PM me.

Yes. I overestimated my mileage when I signed up to the PCH contract. During the contract they requested mileage info.

You are also allowed to make amendments in the period after the first 6 months and before the last 6 months.

I was 10k under too. It is actually just under £100 discount, but has been very welcome especially with the additional 5-6 month wait on my new order.

It will work out at almost a year with the new price by the time I get the 300, which is a massive saving.

The new deal on the 300 puts my payments back up to the original price.

Just an update on my order. As previously stated on here, I was told by SEAT Customer Services on 11th October that my Confirmed Build Week was week 45 (w/c 6th Nov). So, just to make sure everything was going to plan, I phoned them up again today, only to be told that there is NO CONFIRMED BUILD WEEK for my car! What on earth are they playing at?!

Tom at the Executive Office has been dealing with my complaint, and has so far offered me a free service for the inconvenience. I am expecting a call back from him on Wednesday...but in light of this news, I suspect it could be a very interesting phone call...

As previously stated, my dealer is remaining completely silent on the matter...

Beyond a joke now.

A further update on mine... God knows where the Customer Service guy got his information from, but Tom in the Executive Office has just told me my car has been built, and is currently on it's way to the port! Said to expect delivery in around 4 weeks. I'm over the moon that this sorry saga is coming to an end...

Delivery 4 weeks in your hands or at the stand?

Just spoke with Manny at Customer Services and I now have a confirmed build week of 47 for my 300.

Quite a shock considering they estimated a Feb 2018 delivery when I phoned them 2 weeks ago.

Hey guys! New here. I ordered my Cupra on 30/9/17. Have been told my confirmed build week is 48. I asked my dealer whether the digital dash would be in my model. Obviously my dealer wasn’t sure however they said new changes are usually implemented on week 45.
Anyone have any further input on this?

They said 4 weeks until I can go pick it up. Was told not to get giddy when I see the boat leave the port though, as sometimes it has to call at Zebrugge to drop cars off, and then it can be stood at Tyne Dock for 10 days to be offloaded and dispatched to the dealer.

Can you track your order? If so how?

Not as such. Once my dealer tells me which boat my car is booked on, I can track that all the way to it's UK port...and then its all guesswork as to when it'll make its way to dealer.
