how much do people pay for a oil and filter change just out of interest???

its not that much cheaper doing it yourself but its less hassle and you know its actually been done and you know whats gone into it!!

Yeh, my oil level was far too high when I bought my Leon from SEAT.

I told SEAT that I wanted a free 2nd service to rectify the oil level problem.

That level is not going to hurt anything.

But in the future, if you have someone else do the oil change, tell them:
1) You do not want it overfilled, and
2) You want any partial container (liter) left in the car, so you can use it later for topping-up.
