I have a seat leon 2.0 tdi ref sport, which i believe needs a new turbo due to siren noise and suspected bearing wear (see my other threads).
It has always suffered with low mpg no more than 38mpg however has recently developed a high pitch whistle when on boost, this has never been present before and may be a disturbed turbo hose or similar.
Having discovered the torque app, I have just purchased an obd2 bluetooth adapter and am looking to try it asap.
So far I have checked it for fault codes and there are none shown, however I was hoping there was some way of using it to determine if I do have any boost leaks or if there are any turbo issues etc.
I have previously heard mention of running logs to check actual boost pressure against requested pressure or similar.
Ill be honest and say that I dont really understand any of these bits but was hoping someone could help or give some advice on what things to add to the app to check (boost, maf, intake pressure etc etc) or things to look for to confirm that my car is actually performing as it should.
As far as im aware its standard engine standard map
