Yeah my OCD gets worse by the day i swear I'm terrible, never want to take the car out of my garage anymore so it doesn't get dirty lol.
Bristol crew looks like its going to start growing now. Yeah my mate has just bought one the other week and I meet up with Sam Bryant a lot he's a top bloke and has been an absolute life saver only problem is he makes me want to spend a lot of money on my car lol.
Def all have to meet up soon would be good to get all the Bristol LCR's together

Yep I know what you mean, I went out the other week after giving mine a wash and wax, down to my mates in Somerset, it rained so I gave it a wash when I got home on the Sunday! I'm dreading doing the engine bay!
Yep be nice to meet up, I went to the longwell green VAG Owners meet which was..... well a bit quiet to be honest so be good to meet you guys, I'm over in Stoke Bishop at the mo, PM me I'll give you my contacts.
Engine bay isn't to bad once it's had a good clean just stay on top of it giving it a wipe down everytime you wash the car.
Yeah is that the one up bowlplex? I live about 2mins away from there and so does Sam. Yeah def be good to meet up Sam is very knowagable with these cars I've learnt a lot off of him, he has helped me many times. I'll Pm you my number so we can arrange a weekend for us all to meet up

That's alright mate thought you might of had a late one, bummer you got work tomorrow. Poor LCR won't get any love tommorrow then lol thought you would be outside first thing getting the coilovers on! Haha

Cheers mate, my OCD with the car is definitely getting worse by the week. I'm just trying my best to get every little detail perfect, its hard work and it really winds me up. Overall though it is rewarding. I'm trying to achieve the point where I can look at my car and not be able to fault it in any way. I think thats going to be impossible but I'm going to give it my best shot lol. Got a few things on my list at the moment but I'm sure once those bits are done ill find another 10 things to do, its never ending.
Thanks Tyrer, I was going to go for black hoses as well but then decided to go for a bit of colour to show off the bay a bit more but not to over do it as I still wanted it to look OEM. So the only hoses that are in red are the upper boost hoses and the TIP, all the other hoses ive changed such as the DV and boost gauge i have stuck to black.

Really happy with it.
It wasnt the cheapest thing ive bought for the car and i know most people would rather spend there money on something else but i think it looks great and for something i use and see everyday i get into the car i think its worth the cash
