The code expires after 5 hrs ignition on time (6hrs on Apr)

Revotechnik are a Big organisation here and in the US

Some operators have Dyno's some don't........the 'seat of your pants' will tell you it's been chipped.

Oh BTW I forgot that Forge also do remaps (had a diesel A3 remapped by them and was excellent) also drove there old Mk5 Golf Gti demo car which was impressive

Many tuners will tell you your 210/225 LCR will remap to 270-285bhp

Yeah sure (optimistic rolling roads I guess  )

I'd say a true figure would be 255-260bhp

But these companies are clever they know headline figures sell their product 8 times out of 10

Thanks guys, been very helpful.

I will let you know how i get on with the test drive on Sat, but ive found a 05 Cupra with 18k on the clock for just over 13k. So found the car just need to make sure it drives well.

Cant do a remap yet untill its out of warranty so just the new pipes, DV and cone.

once again thanks for your help. Steve

I know this one. Saw it on the net - i wont say where for obvious reasons. had i not already bought mine a few months ago I would have snapped this one up. At the moment i don't think there is a better priced one, unless you go for an older car of course!

Good luck with the drive tomorrow. :)

theres one with 7.5k on at the same garage just under 14k. not to bothered about waiting for the right one, but think the lower miles the better. fingures crossed they will take payment this weekend and i will be a proud LCR owner :)

Yup definately the same garage then! I saw both of those and thought they were particularly well priced. I bought mine a few months ago and with more miles on i paid more than both of those!

The thing that got me was on the 7.5k one, that is nearly 2 years old therefore has only done just under 4k each year! very very low mileage - just check that there is no evidence of wear and tear that would be my suggestion!

yeah will do, its not to bad to get to from mine just a shame that my local garage doesnt have them. Really fancy one with low miles even if spend more.

Planned to spend 12k but looks like its going to be 13-14k will see what happens. Could end up spending less than 12k and getting one with 40k on the clock. if my local could work out the money near 10.5k i would go for the 40k miles car. Then remap etc as i dont mind messing up 10k, 14k is a bit more lol
