looks good mate, i need to make one myself but i aint got the time to do it yet.

provided you learn from my mistakes it shouldn't take too long to make one, just get at least 3 times the amount of fiberglass you think you will need, and have proper tools / work space.

perhaps the wires are pulling and not making the connection ?

It was one of the connections on the inside of the terminals, it was just crimped a bit before as I was in a rush to get it working before it got dark, all re crimped and tightens up now.



Does anyone know if i can I just use the insides of an old pillow as the box Wool stuff?

when ever i had boot builds by sextons , they never filled the boxes with anything

other than that have you seen anyone local filling cavity walls ?

thats very small wool type stuff ask if u can have a small bag

now this is where you need to build the box to the specification of the sub woofer... it all depends on what the sub woofer needs, but yes porting your box will reduce this risk, but you'll also need to work out how much venting you'll need for the size of your box ie size of vent port...
