my cupra r gauge holder should arrive by sat :D ,thanks to rob. Cant wait to fit that.

had a result of a find in the garage earlier, 3 'auto gauge' smoked lense gauges. i found a water temp, oil temp and water pressure, to go with the boost gauge that i fitted yesterday.

went and brought some cleaning goodies today as there was abit of a sale, i brought some AutoGlym - Engine bay cleaner, some AutoGlym - Deep shine polish and some Simoniz Wax that i thought i would try. so i cleaned the car tonight, and MY GOD is that wax hard to apply. easy on but so hard to buff off. had to apply and whipe off real quick.

turned out nice though and had a really nice finish, pics dont really do it justice. paintwork is just like glass at the moment.

So i havent upadate this for a little while now. I have done a few little bits and bobs since last updating this.

so since then I went about spreying Sprey Painted Bump Strips as well, and oh my god was that a chore, sanding took forever, got them looking nice, then a couple of weeks later some idiot on the road wasnt paying attention in front of my, mounted the centre reservation and flicked all the stones up and chipped all the front of my car including my freshly spreyed bump strips !!! :censored: i also sanded and spreyed my interior handles, so much better than the pants rubbery finish they have as stock. I have also put in my centre console gauge holders.

Since christmas i have put on a Seat Sport Front Upper Strut Brace, a Forge 007p DV a Twin Pod Nomad Pillar Pod (with gauges) and a splitter, all curtesy of my wonderful GF. Couldnt believe the difference the strut brace made, so worth it, just need it lowering now and the lower strut brace and shud be handling lovely. DV is so much crisper. i have hooked up all 4 gauges in the car and has turned out pretty inside, nothing too lary. Also made my own washer jet bottle to allow room for the piping, turned out fairly well but you do have to pick you screen washing carefully haha you only get a couple of squirts...oh well it looks cool lol style over practicality !!

i have also started working on my front mount intercooler, curtesy of my wonderful folks. Taking a while to fit it, had to do alot of work to get it to fit, move rad back, shave the bumper etc but should hopefully be on this week, but this is how it should be looking by the end of it...
