well ive just learnt something there myself , something ive never ever come across lol , not bad cheers staying at 15psi starts boosts runs , ok i suposeFound the problem mate the threads on the inside of the block dont go all the way in so i need a m22 x 1.5 tap to finish it off then the bolt will go fully in! Some of the older vr6 engines come like this but others are threaded the whole way through!

little hint i have some nozzlesIf you went for a GTB2260vk on a tubular mani, 300bhp is achievable with the right injectors. Problem being finding said injectors, as nobody has really done much with the PPD engines yet. The siemens management/injection is a pig to work with.
