The SPS settings are just what revo put on there. Boost 8, timing 4.

I've got a cheapo ebay vagcom cable but to be honest it often just stops working and I have no idea when it comes to doing logs! I've read through loads of stuff on here and the rosstech site, but just end up more confused than when I started!!

Also my MPG seems to have dropped from around 35 to 25 on motorways! Not sure if it's related or not.

Here's the fitting guide if anyones interested.... http://www.seatcupra.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=510&Itemid=6

Just spotted this thread loving the wheels. I was all set to have mine sprayed gloss black but the satin looks really good. Its more subtle.

The wheels were done at MSM in Winterton. £70 a wheel IIRC, so not cheap, but i trust them and know they will do a top job.

No i haven't got an ARB (yet!), and its been to snowy to test the brace out properly. This snows got a lot to answer for just lately!! ;) :)

Yes it was mate. They weren't badly damaged but they had been painted anthracite by the previous owner and the paint/laquer was peeling off and they looked a mess.

How much did getting the bumper and bonnet painted set you back mate??

Ive got 3 fairly deep stone chips on my bonnet and a curb scuff on my bumper and I have no idea how much having this done is likely to cost

Sorry to jump in, It's costing me £250 to have my bumper removed, re aligned and re sprayed then I'm going to get 'Chips Away' or someone like that to sort the bonnet as there's only the odd stonechip.

Thats half the battle imo...finding a body shop that you trust. Unfortunately for me, mine are expensive! Always do a dam good job though and ive never had a problem with them.

I hope yours comes out alright Jon.

Cheers Mash. The first time a saw this sprayer's work was when my sister in law clouted her six week old Peugeot 107. It was like a speccled metallic black and the paintwork was fantastic. Since then he's done the wheel arches on my previous car, repaired the bumper on the Missus's old Puma which was silver and a notoriously difficult colour to match and sorted out my Mum's old Seicento which got proper caved in from behind. All top jobs.
