hang on...
why am i struggling to see that it was clearly her fault?
You even admit it was her right of way..
The damage is on the nearside front corner of her mondeo and appears to be to the front offside of your leon.
Ok so you have not clearly said what happened, but from the damage it would apper to indicate that the likely cause was yourself pulling into the path of the mondeo and that the mondeo coming from your right likely had right of way.
Now im guessing, but would i be right to think there was a que of traffic and you were nudging out of this and the mondeo was in the second lane or overtaking the traffic when the incident happened?
If so then it wont go down as her fault. At best you will get 50:50.
An example:
Lets say you are turning right onto a main road from a side road. The traffic in the first lane is queing and someone leaves a gap for you to go through so you can turn right.
As you do this a motorbike is passing the que of traffic down the middle of the road and you pull out into the motorbike, although there is argument that the bike is overtaking, its pretty much accepted for purposes of insurance that at least 50% of this will go against you.
Also, 30mph can appear pretty damm fast when you are close up, even faster when you are hit by something doing 30mph, so the potential speed of the mondeo may not be as fast as you think?
