Btw RDS, how can you say, those 366 bhp / 361 lbft you've got is enough for cupra? Or it seems not enough for you?:)

It's right on the edge of traction, I think it'd struggle to get anymore down being fwd. It's loads of fun, really driveable with it being a small frame turbo, it spools as per the OEM 023 and it makes its power in the mid range so you're not having to rev it to the line to get it shifting. I'm really pleased with the way mines turned out.

Hi mok I look forward to seeing your results with the 064 hybrid . I have been running a stock 064 conversion in my Leon for just over year now and I love it . Power output currently sits at 360bhp and 366lbft .

Wha?! Stock K04 - 064 on 1.8T? Result 360 bhp 366 lbft? Thats kinda high. We made one last modification to my hybrid which is larger turbo outlet CNC machined. (not turbo outlet pipe).

Ezza, are you sure, you run stock k04-064? Those numbers sounds high to me.

Today we plan first start. Mechanically its ready. Still need to plug in Apexi AVCR and Defi Advance ZD. (wire works doh).

Should get some numbers in next few days. First started yesterday. Plugged Defi ZD Advance (lot of combination), now just the AVCR, but thats combination too. Kinda pain in da a... Also we decided to solder the injector connections, to prevent malfunctions due to injector adapter failure. Btw, first start in 1 shot! Good sign :]

Sweet!

Couldn't quite make out the units there but would seem to be ~1.75 bar(?) so @25psi peak and holding fairly well to the redline. Nice!
