A few pics of the headlining aswell, did it this morning. Havent got any pics of it in as it started raining badly so had to take the car in the garage to finish the rest...
Old headlining at the far end against the new one, nearest to the camera. You can see the sagging parts in the headlining furthest away...
The sagging on the old one - near the handle and the great big sag from the handle back....looks like a big bubble:
More saggage!
Where the glue had soaked through:

Glad i didnt do it cos it's gone bad quite quickly! Hope my attempt lasts longer - certainly looks better finish fabric wise!

The turbo I bought as a standard, second hand PD150 turbo. This is what TD say about the PD150 stage 2 turbo:
"Stage 2 – MD376
Hi flow GT20 spec compressor wheel, cnc machined compressor housing, 360 degree thrust bearing, cut back turbine blades, lightening of turbine wheel for faster ‘spool up’, modified V.N.T. turbine housing, uprated turbine seals. Other ‘blueprinting’ modifications. APPROX 240-260 BHP"

Hope you get good results too - will be interesting with the Seat Sport intercooler.
Should be good with the Seat intercooler! Will hopefully have my egr removal pipe on by then too and my new charge pipe and silicone pipework.

Ordered an EGR removal pipe today from JabbaSport, hopefully that'll be here all in time for my hybrid turbo to be fitted. Then I can get my charge pipe fitted and have a bit of engine bay bling! Thinking of getting my strut brace done the same colour as my brakes.

Yer that's it fella! Will make it look a bit nicer aswell as getting rid of the OEM fit! I dont see how they can get a good seal on standard pipework cos you can move it in and out of the joints a few mm!
get out...revove the strut brace and give it a lick of that nice blue paint
Not gonna paint it with a brush you knobber!
you could atleast do the prep work! why not paint it by hand? that laquer paint drys pretty smoothly
