but how will you no it will be perfect for the set up without any logs? and how much is a custom cooler?

He has the dimentions of the pro alloy one which he can give to forge to make. Cost would depend on the cooler really so they would all be diferent. Forge are the people to ask tho as they are s**t hot at alloy fabricating

what pipe work is this dave as i am interested in doing similar pipework to the tt and leon any pics?

yeah got pics but i cant get onto photobucket in work (if you have seen hooches, badgers pipework, then mine is very similar, near enough same as pro alloy pipework but mandrel bent alloy)
can post them later or just searchy for pics iv posted already of other bits, click quote to get the link and copy and past them into your web browser, you can browse through my whole photobucket then :)

chris - as per our phone convo last night il sort it out for you mate and give you a bell when i have prices etc

i have sent this pic along with all the size's to forge to get a price on the cooler been made up so will see what they come back with.

lol sorry mate only 1 i could find that showed it proper.

you going to get us some more pics at may so can work out that angle on the exit to the right and the mounting points.

hopefully will come back with a good price for teh cooler and pipe work :D

getting it smoke tested week on thursday when am off again £45 so aitn to bad really.

that looks better with bumper on for sure :), was just shwoing the cooler though can see it better with bumper ;)

least i can fit it behind bumper and just trim it down abit. was goign to ask can you still run fog lights?

of course, fog lights no problem, cleares them by miles

im just anal about weight saving at the min hence when i saw you it didnt have any, didnt have much at all to be honest, lol

dave have you got some pics of the charge pipe going down the left had side, as i have ditched my washer bottle and there still is no room down there especially with that phat charge pipe diametre!

yes thats a very good pic but mine has a round cylinder black thing where that second bit of silicon pipe is giving no room for that pipe work near the wheel arch!!

yeah thats the horn, lol
either just remove 1 (you have 2 their) and then it will sound like roadrunner, or make up a little bracket and move it accross slightly :)

also RAD needs moving back, only by about 1cm though, and only on left hand side, very easily done again with small brackets, can see the bracket i made on the pic chris posted with my mate fiddling away at it as i took the pic

i was thinking it was horn noticed yours was moved slightly not hard to do though.

you have to take a pic of that mate when you take pics of everything for me so knwo what it looks like and where it goes sure wont be hard to make up anyway.
