Ages to decide yet, to be honest most of us lot who been on the scn stand the past 2 years are not on it (few of them are banned for a start lol) noticed alot of show stand been all left til last minute as everyone waiting for 'the usuals' to organise it. Also only a couple of moderator attend shows and everyone seems to think they will sort it out and just wait. It is alot of work sorting a stand you find out how useless people are are committing to coming etc. I given up doing local meets cos of it too.
The stand is the whole point, you not camping then, the whole part of edition is the camping too! it is madness people playing with car all night and having a BBQ and a few beers and going to the dance tent!
I went on my own 2 years ago and arranged to camp with Ibiza owners club, here and few other clubs we all get on, made a bunch of new mates and a year on we see each other alot. If you just park up and walk round it is totally a different experience plus it is so cheap and you pay on the gate easy peasy.

nice one a few edition virgins we got to come along last year they loved it. You may get made tot drink lots as a edition virgin thou lol

why don't you organised it seems everyone just sits and waits for the usual crowd to organise it then it all gets rushed at last minute and ends up being a car park and no one to talk to as everyone arrives at random times etc. Only thing with edition is they don't allocate proper clubs display plots so you have to be quick and organise a good spot! Best thing I found at shows is to meet at the stand at lunchtime so you get to have a chat with everyone or you just park up wander round and go home bit boring IMO we all on here to meet like minded people.

Yes you need to be there early or as I said you will have no stand as it is not allocated by edition staff. Edition is just turn up and figure it out unlike the other shows where you have to organise a plot before the show and get people committed which hard work!
Who you contact, no one really, start a thread on here to get some people to commit to Sunday or both days (Sunday main day) and then find out if any moderators are going or arrange for someone near a mod at a meet or whatever to collect the banners and flags. As I said camping and having a beer and BBQ is what the show is all about really IMO. Or you don't really get to meet people as they just spend all day looking round the cars,stands and stalls all day and the stand becomes a car park.

started a thread other day but no replies and the other forum i'm on are going trax not ed38, pretty screwed at the moment
Might just end up in the carpark isn't there like a place I can still show it even if I'm not with a forum etc?
