I'd check and make sure that the pump you got is right, motorfactors have a great job of f-ing things up, best to make sure you can get to the motorfactors without your car before you start working, then you can say i need this its for a -------- it should be the same as this, i got this one off you earlier its the wrong one....... at my local motorfactors its a good 3 runs to there and back before its the right part, Id say their useless but id be insulting useless people then.

start from cold fill the system up all the way start the car with the cap off make sure that fluid is flowing through the return after a bout 5 minutes put the cap back on(but top the level over the max mark by about 1 inch) then wait for the fan to kick in, let the fan go off turn off the car wait 5-10 minutes and re top up the level..
JUST REMEMBER THE COOLING SYSTEM IS PRESSURISED AND HOT. BE CAREFULL

Also Replica parts often look slightly different so dont worry, aslong as it lines up with everyhting and fits correctly i wouldnt worry too much
