Fair enough, wasn't sure of the decal would start to peel off with the heat cycles and washing.

I didn't lacquer over mine for the reason mentioned. I have no issues with the decal pealing at all, still looks as fresh as the day I put it on. Only thing to remember is to make sure you apply it properly and all the corners/edges are fully stuck down before removing the backing paper.

Has anyone gone for a different colour than red? :think:

I'm considering mixing it up a little and going for a different colour with some new Brembo stickers

How long does it take to do? Can you get enough coats on and dried in a weekend? How many coats are recommended?

these pictures were taken 70k miles ago as you can see I was replacing the pads and disks so thought it would be rude not to.

hence the wheels and you can still see how bright the red is.
