In my opinion, it's not been remapped correctly, though trying to puzzle it together is hard without knowing how the injector durations have been modified, as hitting a few diagnostic limits which means you can't see what's happening past them.

The torque limiter has been disabled as such and running on MAF based limit, and requested pressure is low for the amount of fueling and thus overshooting requested and resting on one of the boost limiter, without this limiter it'd be creeping up, I wouldn't say its bad in this case though because IMO it should be requesting more anyway.

It would be nice to set it back to stock and run some logs, they might mean something then.

I wouldn't rule out a boost leak especially if you say it's smoking less after the Map.

This is just my opinion though.........

If less smoke its not a boost leak at fault.
The maff logs carried out read all ok so maff not faulty.

170bhp is defo low for a stage 1map should be about 185 lowest really and 195 max

Fuel could be at fault but not due to the grade because that wouldn't make any diffrance. But when was it last services ie is the fuel filter blocked ??? Qwick easy cheep cheak
I'd take it back to the mapper.

Note that the data block info is for petrol engines. I'm not sure what the differences are for diesels, and haven't been able to find a list yet . . .

i think people expect a little too much because of the things that have been said on the forum or in my case i did about how good a remapped pd150 is there not as good as they are made out to be after a remap.
yeah you can feel the difference but not like you can on a 20vt.

I've had both and mapped both. You are wrong.
