I have no idea how much it will be to fit a td06H exhaust wheel but i guess a FP Green will be £1250(thats how much a evo FP Green is) .To get the evo turbo upgraded with T36 comp and exhaust wheel is £650-£700 from turbo technics so i guess to change the exhaust wheel probably looking at £400-£500.

Yes Bill would have been better to start with a scooby FP Green,or proper TD06H-20G but fair play steve's had a go it's confirmed what many including john banks said years ago. Will be a different animal with the larger turbine wheel.

so where's hooch gone?
been mighty quiet from him.

hoping he's getting that cracked manifold seen to.
Poor reflection on RS if it lets go with 3 failures on it in less than a months use, and dont sort Hooch out for the good.??? So much money, yet issues like this.

wastegate broke off, support bracket sheared off, and now runner split on manifold....
So whats happening Hooch?

IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!

been in valencia to see the grand prix :D:D:D was soo soo good !!

my thread has been going well while im away :D thats what i like to see lol nothing to do with the title mind you lol

any hooow!!

mani situation....

as i went on hoiday i didnt take it off. ive got a few things im gonna do this morning but im gonna keep the mani on for e38 then take it off

as you mensiond about compo from rs bill, im hoping to get them to pay for ceramic coating on it as they are now a zercotek dealer. i think its more than fair as its a colossal job to take it off. 6 hours last time

plus it may stop their work from breaking

i hope they do something to prevent it cracking again but fear as long as they insist on the brace it will fight the manifolds expansion.

ceramic coating will keep the heat in, but it will expand as normal, but not cool as fast internally so "hopefully" less rapid heat/cool cycles

good luck with it

Can't see how they were too big. Surely you map to whatever injectors are fitted?

If you are getting good lambda then fine, but it must be close to 440cc limit --> Theoretical limits
