I remember going back to Reading from London when the fuel light came on. Made it back but the next day literally 100meters from the petrol station it ran out lol. Couldn't push it as i was at the bottom of a hill. Ended up having to buy a bloody petrol can as the petrol staion refused to let me fill up a plastic bottleHaha student budget fuel
Can remember running my polo round luff on vapours and conking out as I rolled into sainsburys
Ollie
I worked out I have almost 2 Gal. when my light comes on I have done 80+ miles a number of times and when I filled it still only put 43l in oh the joys of a diesel Talking of which filled up last night 520miles on 41L
Is it just me or does it seem that as soon as the light comes on the needle seems to go down quicker?
