All lights in dashboard

Hi I have a 2003 seat Ibiza 1.4 automatic.
I have steering,abs, brake, engine light and no Speedo, also the fuel gages fluctuates.
When I plug in my diagnostics I get code p0600 no comunicación.

Has anyone come across this issue?

also the battery is only at 12.5 volts on idle with a multimeter.

most likely its a wire thats not grounded properly anymore..or a shortcircuit, could be something related to the ecu as well, happend to my 09 leon, car wouldnt start wouldnt do anything

Had similar issues a few years back, mine was solved be resoldering the pins where the input connector is soldered to the circuit board. Cracked joints are common, and the problem is worse when the car is sitting overnight and the dash cluster is cold. Cold temps cause the joint to contract and the solder to lose contact.
