seems like hell of a job for such a simple thing , why cant seat put everything fuse /relay related into one place , what happened to simple motoring ,
also on that pic i didnt see fuses there just relays ??
Hello, i have the same problam with my fuel filler flap release, just taken out the selonoid and pushed the button, you can feel it try to work but doesnt pull back to release the flap, with a little force then it does work but it seems like its too weak to actually release the filler flap, does this mean the selonoid has had it or could it be lack of power?
Also when its plugged in the white thing that moves inside the selonoid is harder to push in then when its unplugged.
After posting the above message a while back i oredered up a new selonoid and have just fitted it, pushed the button once and it popped the flap, tried it again and nothing, put the multi-meter on it and if you hold the button down for just about a second the multi-meter shows 12.17v getting to the plug.
Any ideas on why its intermittent?
