No way its leather, actually everything is fake leather except if you opt for leather bucket seats, the only real lether is the inside middle of the seat. And the steering wheel is also leather

Guys, its not leather, its kind of an imitation leather and actually not even leatherette. I have the 310 and know for sure. Yes they may advertise it as leather but its not! If you contest it they may say yes, its a eco leather, so the same thing. Never thought it was leather, not even when I test drove one and I dont really care, it may even last longer that way. I was in the market prior to my Formentor for a Puma, the top spec Xline which was adverised as part leather seats and leather steering wheel. Well, not even the steering wheel was real leather, it was a fake leather like thing, never mind the seats, although the Ford guy was insisting. He may not have known what real leather is or he may have just been playing it silly.

There is loads of wiggle room in the T&Cs when you buy a car.
The best you can hope for is an update to the marketing materials to avoid future confusion.
I went through all this many years ago with Vauxhall VXR and their Stainless Steel Pedals that just weren't a thing outside of the brochure.

I've looked at ours, and it definitely is some sort of "moulded thing".
There could be a bit of dead cow in the moulding, but it's clearly not leather in the generally accepted use of the word.

My friend, neither is leather, even the one you think it is, it looks like leatherette, synthetic leather like vinyl material. Not common and not practical, even on top spec cars and brands to use real leather for dashboards. It would only make sense on some luxury brands with all real leather interior.
