well the figures are consistent
map 4 plus 1 - 232bhp and 357lbft/485nm

yes, but we won't be releasing that particular tweaked map as it doesn't feel quite right on the road.. I honestly think that we have been lucky with the current set of files as the feedback and drivability is superb.
(but that won't stop me tinkering

in 5th gear in low rpm at high speed it didn't feel right.
but as i said earlier at this time I'm more than happy with the results so far so have no immediate plans to offer any revised software for the 184ps

Smooth that torque dip out at 3k rpm and I think it will be bob on. I feel that on the road.
The graph shows how much better the 184 is compared to the old 170. I always felt the trade off between torque and power in cars with that lump in.
How about the 150BHP TDI Andrew? The figures quoted on your site state the box will take it up to 200BHP, is that on the 4 + 1 map? (I plan on buying myself one for my car at the end of march so all my experience of the boxes so far are is entirely based on this forum topic).

The figures for the 150 are based on the work we've conducted on the 184, we will dyno a 150 when we have access to one .. But 195/200bhp is what we would expect to see
Where you based Andrew and is it possible to properly dyno a DSG equipped car?

Autos are always awkward tbh, were based in Durham but the dyno we used is in Northallerton
Ah fair enough, I was going to offer my car for you to mess with but there are 2 problems;
1. Its an auto so would be a pain in the arse
2. I live about 3 hours away
