not much experience but I would have thought 20mm is as far as you should go on standard shocks, re standard shocks Bilstien black are good and cheaper than standard Seat,- from ECP , £400 is just getting mugged

i'd get a spring and damper kit .they will be matched and work better than bodging a set of lowering springs and standard shocks.

100 pounds fitted for shocks and springs?!
thats either a bloody good deal or theres something not quite right

Just for 2 standard shockys i think

better going for a spring and shocky kit mate, they will be matched and give better longer lasting performance.....

use standard shocks with lowering springs and you'll find that they will be leaking again in no tim :)

I think its the FK Hi-Tec kit in the knowledge base and is a good kit it seems. Similar Bilstein streetline kit is slightly more pricey but is a nice kit as I had it on my last Ibiza but do be warned its a Hard ride!

I got FK Coiley's on this one and its as low but a softer but still stiff ride. Only real way of testing different suspension is finding people on here who have the suspension your interested on for yours and takin a ride in there car.
