I've just spent eight whole English pounds on a large sheet (1M x 80CM) of top quality transparent red tinting film. I'll do my lights then happy to post bits to other people FOC (assuming the Post Office is open!).

Small update.
Had the MOT done the other week, now sitting on 20700 miles ish.

Took the red light tints off as the bulbs were quite pink, then bought a new set and put them back on.
Only this time I got some green bulbs, so now they shine through as amber again:

Also bought a cheap rubber splitter thing off eBay which didn't look too bad on a different Leon, so need to fit that and I need to buy sideskirts and possibly get a res delete.
Hooning around during lockdown (had to go to work/shopping) has made me want it louder.

Then finally gave it a wash.

Photos are terrible as it was very overcast.

Managed to also pick up a KSB splitter (needs a small repair) for £50 off facebook, so the cheap one will be going in a couple of weeks. Although it actually looks okay for £8

My KSB splitter arrived the other day, so gave it a wet sand and a polish as it was looking a bit rough.

Took the cheap splitter off and fitted the KSB one.

Side skirts are being ordered soon as I've got hold of all the fitting clips and screws.
Also need to re-do the black wrap

Bought some replica sideskirts cheap off Facebook and started to get them fitted up.

They don't fit very well at the moment but I'll soon sort that, the pics have them fitted with the OEM clips, one existing screw in the front arch and then the tape.

As I'd planned on getting Rieger ones, these are a kind of win win as they were so cheap.

Got round to mocking up the other sideskirt and bought some supplies to sort out the driver's side.

But more work and they'll be ready for painting

Looking at exhaust tips now and can't decide, so did some photoshops.

Cupra R style (90mm) -

Currently leaning towards the Cupra R style, but struggling to find tips that aren't over expensive and look nice!

Recently got my exhaust tip adaptors made and chose the tips I want, also means I can change them at any time as it's all bolt on.

If it all works, I'll look at supplying the details for the adaptors.

Adaptors:

Chosen tips are a rounded letterbox which is 150 x 85mm, so basically a larger version of the standard tips:

Exhaust tips all ready to go on.
Need to give them a quick spray with some heatproof paint as they're mild steel.

Also bought some suction clamps to help fit the sideskirts. Looks like they'll be okay after all.

Just need to get a diffuser on order so I can finalise the tip length

And the new tips are on.
They stick out a bit more than I'd like at the moment but should fill a new diffuser nicely.

Would be interested to know a bit more about this? What parts and how was fitting etc.
In this forum there's a thread called "RVC installed" (or something along those lines) all the info I got for doing the retrofit came from that thread

Camera was from eBay, as was the wiring adaptor, the signal filter from Amazon and coding was done with OBDeleven.

Just a case of running the video wire from the unit in the glovebox to the back of the car, then connecting to the reverse light wire and ground, then plugging it all in and coding. It took me about half a day to pre-make all the wiring and run cables etc. Coding took about 30 seconds.
