My mani finally turned up today and i cant wait to get it fitted and tweak the map and re-rolling road it now looking at those increases!

You just be well chuffed with that, did you have to grind down the top of the mani?

Thanks Phil and glad to hear you FINALLY got your manifold after all this time, just check the bolts as all three of mine where different lengths and two of them had different threads. I didnt fit mine, AMD did, but from what i was told it was a pig to fit, and had to be taken off and re-fitted 4 times before they were happy with it. Didnt mention anything about grinding though

Hope yours goes on easy

That fuel pump is not how i expected it would look, looks like a part of the flux capcitor from back to the future.
Good gains you achieved there. The issues with the bolts are poor and imagine the hastle us lesser mortals would have experienced in the fitting if we had a go at DIY. Sounds like essentially a good product but minor adjustments may be needed to make it a great one.

All my bolts are all the same, same stamping on the top and same thread etc...

I didnt get a locking tab tho, just the three bolts and a turbo to mani gasket.

Wild_Willy, does it not look like an LCR fuel pump? ECP lists it as one? But yeh it does look abit like the Braun food blender from the Delorean in BTTF2 lol

Yeh it is a shame about the manifold, the manifold itself looks very nice and is a chunky well made bit of kit (famous last words), but like you said, the bolts issue does let it down. Maybe it was just mine and i was unlucky? But if i had fittd it myself i probably would have just cut them al to the same length and thought nothing of it, glad i gave it to the pros to do.

Looks like you got lucky with your bolts Phil

@6500rpm there is a difference of 25bhp between stage 2 and the post manifold run. Not quite sure though why stage 1 is better than stage 2 higher up the rev range though.

Huuum yeh that it odd, anyone shed any light on this?
It could simply have been over optimistic revo settings causing heatsoak maybe, All looks good now though. All in all money well spent i'd say. Theres nothing better than doing a mod and actually feeling it on the road.:)

Yeh it is nice when you know the money you have spent translates to a marked improvement :)

Maybe INA are trying to see how on the ball all their customers are

Cheers Liam, i would still get an INA manifold, for the price you cant really knock it. Its performing well, just strange about the bolts. Have you seen the new JBS manifold yet?! Looks dam nice but abit pricey for me to run on a ko3/s setup.

Just got off the phone with Mark from CR Turbos, nice guy, and im having my ko3 turbo picked up tomorrow for an inspection with the view to giving it the hybrid treatment :D

Im there with the mods so all i need to do is have the BAM injectors and MAF fitted along with the turbo itself, mapping and im there.

Exciting times :D
