Didn't quite have time to fit the front splitter today, thats a job for next weekend.

Very happy with the difference the skirts have spats have made. Really like the contrast between Grey and carbon.

Been meaning to get the badges done for ages, really happy!

My fav model evo, would love to be able to afford one someday. There is in my eyes one of the best evo 8's I have saw around my area and that is a proper monster, think its running something silly like 600bhp and has had plenty money thrown at it since it was bought new by a lad I know, the number plate on the car says it all E8 BHP, it's a yellow hurricane with he carbon extras and they look amazing in person pics don't do them justice :)

Very nice mate. I went for the do luck splitter on mine as I liked the chunkyness of it compared to the others. You also need to de-tango those headlights, makes a massive visual difference on them matched with the carbon.

Thanks mate. The 9's do look good aswell. Prefer the rear bumper on the 9's but front bumper on the 8's

9's have MIVEC engines which make them slightly more tunable to get to 400bhp easily.

600bhp would be pant-wetting fast, must be an animal! Thanks for the comments! :D

Thanks :D I was looking at the Do-Lucks when i bought my Rexspeed one. Almost then for a genuine Mitsui one but they are dear, ordered mine from the states, so cheap i could resist. Front head light are def. on the list, seen some other evo's with them done and it does make a nice difference;)

I didn't go for the complete blacked out look. I just popped out the amber bit and left it silver to break the light up a bit

Thought I'd take advantage of the good weather and give the old girl a good clean after a few motorway hauls. Also wanted to try out Iron X wheel cleaner and my woolly mammoth drying towel! Also has the splitter fitted last week and was a good chance to take a few snaps. Excuse my photography...if you can be dyslexic at taking photos id be guilty of it!

IronX in action....love the bleeding!

Took the car out for a good 2hr + drive today after not using her for two weeks. So nice to be back behind the wheel and out of the daily Mini!

Dont know what it is about super market carpark lights but they really make the motor look amazing!

Been amassing a few parts since my last update. Purchased some carbon wing mirrors last month, should look good with the rest of the carbon bits on the far already. Really like the contrast with the silver evos and carbon!

Next up, and long over due were some lowering springs. Srandard ride height was always questionable, so stumped up and bought some Tein Lowering Springs from Camskill, great price also!

Finally,i decided to replace the original down pipe, my old knackerd decat pipe and turbo elbow and splash out on some C-Tec 3' exhaust ****! Quality of work is second to none, such high finish and workmanship!

Decat:

Turbo Elbow:

Downpipe:

All together:

Going to get everything fitted next month at Dynotech and get her mapped for the new bits, muchos excitied!

Thanks mate. It was a weapon on track, didnt get over taken by anything but could catch a 600bhp supra, until then end when his brakes went!

Good to get it on track a find the limits in a relatively safe environment!
