Hi there!

My name is Cláudio. I have a Ibiza Cupra TDI since 04/2005...

For now, my car has suffered some evolution... Motor tuning and chiptuning...

It already has:

- Cylon Eliminator (turbo designed in Portugal) by MBpower,
- Diesel and oil coolers,
- complete 60mm exaust since the turbo,
- EGR off, replaced by 60mm race pipe, by IAC
- CCV by-pass,
- Racing clutch, by IAC
- Cat off,
- ECU remaped, by TWE,
- KW V2 coilover system,
- Oil temperature gauge,
- Boost pressure gauge,
- EGT gauge,
- Sport (2002) gear box - 61.63kmh / 1000rpm
- BREMBO 323mm (Leon Cupra)

What turbo have you got fitted then and if its a hybrid why are you still running stock boost if the car has been remapped ?

That is a real new turbo, not a hybrid... It name: "Cylon Eliminator"... Developed by Mbpower, with suport from Garret and Turbocenter... Some parts are designed, developed, and build here in Portugal...

It is running with stock boost, because i don´t have (yet) a long transmisson (is that the word?) of the mk4 from 2002...

The car makes 5000rpm real fast, and i don´t want to brake this turbo...

The guy that upgrades my car ir the one that develope the Golf IV of AllardMotorsport in the VW Cup... Do you recognise the car? :D

This turbo can make 1.7/1.8bar stable boost, and 2,2bar peak boost...

When the car take the race injectors and the new transmission, the ECU will be remaped again... ;)

thats pretty low , compared to hybrids i have details for ,

if u use larger injectors youll need 2.5+ held boost to make good use of em ,

why do u need a new gearbag , everyone else copes

This turbo don´t have to make so much boost to create a high flow of air... At this moment, with 1.58bar, i have 209cv, almost free of smoke... The sme smoke than the stock car... :funk:

The new box, from the mk4 of 2002, makes in GPS 240km/h at 4000rpm, 280km/h at 4700rpm... The stock box makes 250km/h at 5000rpm... That´s the reason!!! :-o

The car has almost the same HP at 4000rpm and 4600rpm, just 4Kw of diference... The turbo is realy good at low rpm (since 2100rpm) and at high rpm (runs up to 5000rpm realy fast)...
