PLEASE NOTE, i did not do the wheels, they were washed the day before but i was concentrating to get the bodywork done as more important as i might be changing wheels. They will hovwever be getting the same treatment hopefully next weekend.
Products Used

Autoglym extra gloss protection (EG)
Window Polish
Meguiars Smooth Clay Bar Kit
Before i started i went round to car to remove dust from sitting over night, polished windows inside and out, cleaned dash and all trim panels and hoovered.
Started with the clay. Now ive never used clay bar before and thought i would give it ago on the leon as the bottoms of the doors felt like sandpaper and non of the body panels felt smooth. Found the meguiars kit very good as a starter kit, and WOW
is all i can say... Ill let the pics do the rest for this...
Passenger front door before clay ( lots of little dots of crap stuck on)
Passenger front door after clay
As you can see what a difference it now feels soo smooth like glass, and even using a clean side of the clay bar this is what came off the door, its shocking .................
As you can see it was shocking, after i went over the whole car with the clay bar and megs lube i buffed it all off ready for polish.
I was using a dual action polisher i have, just a cheap argos one and i used SRP because its good to mask swirls and scratches as i dont have a decent PC to actually remove the swirl marks. The SRP is good as it contains fillers and also polish and a sealant.
I applied the SRP with the polisher to a panel at a time then buffed off with a microfibre cloth, when i had done the whole car once......i then started again and did the whole car over.
Once that was done i applied the autoglym EG. This is a liquid type wax and goes on very easily using a microfibre applicator. Wipe on and then leave to cure for 30-60mins. Then easily buffed off to give a great deep shine.
