i knows what u mean but he didnt even try to control the car my mate grabbed the wheel to try and bring it back.. and he hasnt even apologised to anyone yet so screw him ....

id hate them but then i would do the same to them.... but if he was in my shoes he would claim in a crack nd if he didnt his dad would make him...

put it this way his dad was gonna press charges for tresspassing when he wasnt in cause we went into the garden to knock on the back door ..

Your "mate" is lucky he didn't kill someone by the sounds of it. Sounds like he's living up to the stereotypical Corsa driver quite well!

I hope for his sake and everyone who shares a road with him that he's learnt his lesson.

All though there is a growing claims culture, if you sue him then it won't make any difference to him will it? After all a claim is a claim whether it's for a small dent or a car.

If it has cost you money through lost earnings you should do it. Don't expect much though. My sister was run over while on the pavement by someone like our corsa driver here, managed to loose control in worcester city centre. First thing she knew about it was when she woke up in hopital the next morning. He spent the entire time in court sobbing his eyes out. She got £1300 which included lost earnings, the clothes they cut off in hospital and injuries. :censored: joke.
