Aw no really! Had trouble getting mine on to start with. So I got Loz (VRSLOZ) to help last year and we ended up snapping one. Luckily he bought his old ones along. They are really flimsy though.

The usb ipod cradle is good, love it. I always have one hand free as I have the habit of resting my hand on the gear stick whilst driving lol. Plus got the controls on the wheel stalk thing anyway

Hopefully I'll have replacements next week . Thanks for the heads up I'll try and be gentle with them lol, last thing I want is another broken one! I had a pair on my Mk4 Ibiza fr and they were a breeze to fit

I just wish I had the usb haha. I'll have to treat myself to a pioneer HU at some point, then I can watch DVDs on the move.. what a sensible driver I am . The stalk is great! Except when you only have AUX.. and then it just mocks you haha

I used to do the same thing all the time in my Mk4, it can save crucial seconds though if you feel the need to drop a gear and boot it .
Having DSG is pretty good, but every time I've driven a manual since I realise I miss manual lol.

With a revo sticker! hahaha. Would look perfect on my 1.4 standard

Got my trim tool kit, got my side repeater out. Figured why it wouldn't come out before, was doing it from the wrong side oh well, they will be useful to take things off interior and exterior wise.

In two minds about GTI at the moment, I know I have my ticket but I've recently been invited to a kettlebell competition in Ireland in August.

Just booked my tickets for flights and that was a shock enough, price wise and I need to get a new passport which is another £77. Still need to sort out hotels yet and its a long weekend. So we'll see. Only reason it puts me off is because of fuel prices to go up to GTi

Might go to the garage next week and see if they can lower the car a tad by GTI. Won't be getting spacers yet for the back but as soon as my kettlebell comp is done in august they will be ordered. Thinking maybe 15mm for the back.

Char, iv got 17mm hubcentric FK's spacers I'm not using anymore. If you fancy making an offer? Just asking seen as we're both going to be at Inters. They come with bolts and have only being on the car for about 200miles!
