if want to save abit of money, you can always get rid of the sunroof and just wrap the roof in black, had it done to mine and from the outside gives you a good look

Cheers Phil

I think the Black Pack, gives you a black roof.

That looks cracking Johnny. How easy is it to maintain, does is mark easily when you wash the car?

Have you darkened your lights and grill too?

I recently sold my 1.8 FR but its a really nice car and engine.
I replaced mine with a 184hp FR diesel, but that was because i wanted the higher spec and DSG.

As others have written about the 1.8 is a really nice engine with lots of power, add a stage 1 remap/tuning box and it will go flying while still being able to deliver decent MPG.
I would def recommend you to go for tha adaptive cruise, i did not have it on my 1.8 but i have it now on the diesel and it is amazingly good, i really love it!

I hope you went for the Adaptive Cruise Control. I didn't order it on mine and it's driving me crazy now that I don't have it and can't retrofit it either. Really miss it on the highways. Won't make the same mistake when I'll be ordering the next one:D.

I also didn't spec the automatic high beam and I would if I was ordering again.

Seat Leon 1.8 tsi

Hi,

I would like know from TREBOR what mpg would be if you were to travel 24 miles 12 miles on country roads and 12 miles on motorway at 60-70mph. I'm looking at the 1.8tsi but changing from a 1.6 focus diesel returning 50mpg. trying to get a ball park figure into the difference diesel to petrol would be. Many thanks:D
