Yeah they're metal dude! Which black bit do you mean? The centre BBS are plastic caps (These), you can see where the cap has been taken off in the pic with the drill

Those center caps have come up really well mate, can't wait to see them on the car once this crap weather goes away.
Yes on the brake front! I want bigger ones again! 280s aren't as big behind 16s. Wouldn't say no to the S2 twinpot 280s though!
The BBS are going too look awesome when they are finished and on the car. And a set of 312 brakes behind them would look amazing aswell
