We had a look today at fitting the TIP on my mk3 cupra but we couldnt see what went into the pipe with the metal bit at the bottom of the TIP. Any ideas?

hey just went and bought myself a forge tip. on the picture it doesn't look long enough to reach the maff do u need another bit of pipe aswell. stupid question i no but i am only learning bout the car. cheers

fitted a forge TIP on friday night after much trouble getting the car up, i don't no whether i was expecting to much but i haven't noticed any gains or more noise which i thought you got from fitting them especially as i had that fitted and a full turbo back exhaust system with a 100 cell sports...

ive bought the forge 1.8 t turbo intake pipe the other day and am now thinking it wont fit my new maf sensor which is a bigger 1 (3") and the tip wont fit over it ive foundthis 1 on the internet for the new turbo im getting does anybody know if it will fit my 3" maf...

Fitted my Forge TIP 007p and vac hosing the other day, and oh boy is it a tight fit. Had to undo heater pipes on block and gear selector mechanism to get it on to the turbo. Took a bit to get the pipe on for charcoal filter that sits at the bottom near turbo as its close to the heater pipes and...

The forge TIP's are a rough fit on the Cupra 20vT not worth gettin until they sort it out they rub on the engine crapy design [:@]

i recently bought one second hand found today that there's a hole in it near the MAF end.first thought that came to mind was to insert it into the previous owner as a thank you . would putting a small nyloc nut and bolt through help seal it? any idea as to where its been rubbing so much...
