got my forge tip this morning, fitted it in the after noon ( after sorting the mrs corsa steering ball joint, dam crap thing) ha ha, its brilliant, only trimmed it by about 3mm in the end. pull is much stronger on the boost and really good wind up noise. sounds like a turbo now. bit...

I have fitted my forge TIP today, put everything back in the correct place. then i took the car out for a run and there was no DV noise. And there is also a loud deep chatter noise coming from the air box. Any ideas or help would be good. cheers.

Well guys, was gonna fit Forge TIp today... got the car jacked up and on axel stands... and thought.... NOPE! Bloody nightmare!!!! Can hardly even get allen key in to undo the TIP off the turbo!!! so its going to Midvw on Friday to have fitted......better not cost very much...

has anybody ever noticed how the forge silicone TIP seems to crease at the top bend when an aftermarket induction kit is fitted? surely this can't be good for airflow? i had the same thing happen when i had my raid/ramair filter and it does the same thing with a BMC filter fitted. would it be...
