Just found out that my spring is green[:@]. It was delivered like that. Apparently I need a yellow one to deal with the higher psi that my custom coded LCR is running at. Forge want £10 + for it and then £7.20 postage. Ouchh! Anyone found a source to get one abit more reasonably priced? Cheers...

A Headache, shredded fingers, snapped oil dip stick later and its still not done. Getting the standard intake pipe off was easy and i did it from above the engine. But now i cant get the Forge TIP onto the turbo, just will not go on! Someone come and do it for me.... [:@]

Does anyone know the difference between the crashbar suplied with the forge fmic and the original? Can you still fit the cooler with the original crashbar? Cheers

Hi Booked in on Wednesday for a stge 1 remap on my cupra petrol with p torque. I'm loving it at the moment, its just its a bit quiet! I was wanting to get a forge recirculating valve and a green panel filter but will they affect my warranty? Thanks

I have a forge dv but it does not make the noise, i have been looking online and seen the one i have on forge. They say u can turn it into steath mode and make it do the noise, i noticed when u turn it into makeing the noise theres like a cup u put on it?? i dont have this... but if i screw off...

I was about to service my forge 007p tonight. Ive got the old sort 077p, and can't unscrew the top. Just wondered if anybody has any ideas on how to get the top off ? It's so tight,don't think it's been off in years. Thanks

I just bought a spliter r valve of a friend for £20 (bargin) had to have it just to try it and well pleased with it i got the bypass n249 done and smoothed air box and it sounds realy nice my mate has set it up for me and got to say no problems with it (yet):):):)

Hi all, has anyone got experience of apr dv's, I want to replace mine and the company that can supply forge dv offered apr as an alternative saying it was a re-engineered diaphragm type with nomex diaphragm and is as good as forge but maintenance free. any thoughts appreciated, Ken

Got my new dv fitted the other day. Its totaly changed the power delivery of the car. It now doesn't kick in until 4,000 but when it kicks in its much stronger than i've known it on this car. Think the old dv wasn't rite when i bought the car. Wish it was accross more of the rev range tho, take...
