boost

Hi guys, I have searched and searched for this an nobody seems to have a basic guide on how to do this. I just brought the nomad single pilla pod and a prosport ELECTRIC boost gauge any idea how this goes together?? any help would be great thanks ant

Just summarising what do ko3s owners boost they cars at with ko3s (with supportin mods). so i know what expect from when getting it mapped. some exmaples would be good, an how much boost it can hold to the red line eg 1.5bar :confused: Ive read few mk4 ibiza cupra request 1.6bar :-o

hi there i recently bought an ibiza cupra 20v turbo on a 2000 plate. it was boosting at 8 psi but when i disconnected the battery to fit new headlight bulbs its been boostin at 5/6 psi i thibnk i may have reset the ecu and lost the map is this possible cheers.

just wondering how easy it is to fit a boost gauge and how you do it ? also whats the best one to get and where to put it .. dont want it to look out of place and tacky .

sorry guys another thread about boost :p only joking, quick question really. if i boot my car in a low gear i boost at 1 bar. if i drive steady, lets say 70mph in sixth, if i then put my foot down the turbo only boosts upto 0.7 bar. is this normal or do i need to make my dv spring...

After some helpfull tips on dash removal also found the boost gauge fitment which is another just job . However I like Auto meter gauge phantom as matches the dials with the red bulb as shown. :think:Does anyone know of any others that look good ??

Hello,has anyone removed the silencer out of the alloy boost pipe,the one that runs from the turbo to the first intercooler? I had this pipe off the other day,as im chasing a boost leak,and noticed the silencer in the end.Im sure its got to be worth a few bhp!!

Sorry if this is a daft question.... Going to buy a boost gauge and attatch it somewhere along my n249 bypass. I have seen folk put them in different areas some at the Dv and some at the FPR. Where is best to 'T' it in to the bypass for most accurate reading. Dv, FPR or Manifold? Cheers

Hello all... New to Cupra Net! I recently had my Leon 20VT re-mapped! Standard 180BHP now about 212ish.... But it seems to be loosing boost... the power dips to an from here and there when accelerating! Any Ideas anyone??
