Hi - just a quick question regarding when the cam belt should be changed? I've been through my service book, and there's no indictaion of the cam belt being changed, yet the car is fully Seat serviced with 108k. Any ideas

went to change mine today but couldnt get the belt to slacken off atall. the toothed nut thing that would normally tighten or slacken it is moving but not moving the plate that would slacken the belt. any ideas of how i can sort it out?!
