I totally agree dark looks awful the light smoke is very subtle

Nope, still there but just less severe and over less of an RPM range. Boils down to mapping and cr@p OE SMICs I think but as long as I'm not WOT in 4th or above at 2000rpm I don't have a problem.

I just thought I'd add that for anyone worrying about rear beam clearance with 3" pipe need not be. I had a 200kg treadmill in the back & a front passenger this week and no problems

Repainting Brembo Calipers

Hi everyone,

I planned on doing this over the weekend or while that odd couple get married on the 29th April (apparently they're famous) but I got bored this evening so I decided to do one caliper to see if I like the shade of red (Hammerite Smooth Red). I'm actually really pleased with it and I've left it to dry and harden fully over night before sticking the Brembo decal on it tomorrow or Saturday and doing the other caliper.

I need to do painting tomorrow I suck at it lol. If I had brembos I'd be scared painting them lol My rear calipers look awful they are painted but was 4 years ago and bubbled of rust started appearing on them now but I may change the colour of them when I get my wheels re done.

It's a really easy job. Degrease, rub down, spray up tadaa

. The most annoying part is literally waiting for paint to dry.
