Rear Washer Jet Not Working

So got the car back from the dealer regarding the battery heater issue, and noticed the rear washer jet isn't working (it was working when it went in).

I pretty much know the dealers answer already, approved washer fluid wasn't used so won't be covered.

I cant see any water or any leaking and this happened before the cold weather, any thoughts?

Had the same issue. I’ve fixed it by removing the cap on the rear washer. Removed the nozzle and cleaned it with pressured air. A tiny little stone came out of it. Problem was solved then.
