It is not possible with obd11 because you have to enter V2 color list... Only ODIS or vcp...and have the file

They do, as you can see in some publications of their work. But they share NOTHING about how they do it, sadly.

Sorry, what we can do with this? Ive seen some people trying this codes in H56 HW, but they dont seem to be working, maybe its because all they posts Ive seen are from 2022 and before? And now with 1896 and 19XX they work?

Wow look that effects… I hope I can do it in my nov 2020 mk4…in my case vagretrofits said they need to swap the “led module” which controls the colors, and then enable the additional 20 colors via coding, 450€

Its a shame nobody knows or tell how to do this, but I hope in some future we learn how to.

That effect is from factory when all modules like 09 is updated to the new version for at least SW154

Could you share the coding for the Virtual Cockpit - side options (changeable options such as temps on left and g-force levels on right etc..) appearing with black background instead of blue on a Seat vehicle? I thought the black sides are only available on a Cupra?

That's correct, it does show up as Cupra model. That is a codable option, though, I have coded a Cupra model showing on my VC (on a Seat Leon FR) purely because setting the model to Cupra allows for additional views of the VC.

Yeah sadly still remains blue. OBD11 won’t allow me to go into tachometer color, function not available. I guess that’s the answer, it can’t be changed.

I am using the IOS version too and it works ok for me, like Tell said its very trial and error to see what does and doest work. I have to have my bonnet open to do any coding on mine or it just fails. Some items I'm trying are a lap timer etc which enable but don't show up on the digital dash or info screen, either I can't find them or I haven't properly turned them on haha!

But OBDeleven is handy for reading errors (which these cars do get a lot of but I wont go into that haha!) But yes, Pro version every time and its worth it just for what I and others have found out.

I had read that end of march there should have been something sorted between OBD and VW group about sorting out access to the modules. I think this is in the works but I'm not sure where the current progress is?

The lap timer is hidden under the Cupra view only in the middle where is your speed display if you scroll the right menu wheel on your steering it will show up
