How's the real world mpg like for 1.4 e hybrid

I do 38 miles one way for work all motor way M1 M25. The best I have had was when I arrived with 7 miles left.
Generally I get 2 miles away and the engine kicks in.
2021, 58,000 miles and seen no battery deg.

I should say it is a company car! Would agree with @Chemical Matt it seems they are ideal company cars but not so much personal ownership.

Horses for courses, mine is pretty much ideal for my driving pattern. That was with fixed rate leccie and no work charging. I now have night rate leccie and solar panels. The new gen vag hybrid will be even better for my journeys.
If I was still doing a very long commute I would be on diesel but I’m doing more city driving, so the electric works well.
