I have tried via Apps to add Dash Type 1 and 2 but my steering wheel became unresponsive. I have defaulted the setup and was back again. Any idea what Type 1 and 2 are ? Which one is the Cupra dash ?

Hi,

I saw your posts about the steering wheel upgrade and I would like to know your opinion after more than a year.
Is it worth it ? Did you ever have any strange behavior, like the ACC deactivating for no reason or a random acceleration even if there's a car in front? Would you still do it today if you hadn't yet?

I have the park assist L and while I like the ACC it feels unfinished, especially with cars on the side lanes. When a car is about to switch lanes, the ACC takes it into account only at the very last time when it's in my lane. Is the travel assist doing any better in this case (since it can see vehicles on other lanes)?

Thanks.

Hi, I made the upgrade 2 months ago, and I don't think there is any difference with this situation.
From what I observe, the only difference is that with travel assist, the car stays in the middle of the road instead of correcting you when you go near the edge of your lane.
I really do like this feature so for me it's worth it, but I think it's the only difference.

Hi,

I'm glad I got the capacitive steering wheel, I'll tell you the truth, I use it with variant 1, i.e. lane assist early, always active, even under 60km/h. I didn't notice any particular difference, but I wanted constant assistance.
The new models also have lane change, which probably improves the fault you found.
I got used to it and intervened when necessary.

Hello, is it plug and play or do I have to do something else. Can the printed circuit be put in the box that the original module goes in? Sorry
