Lol wouldn't charge with the engine, tried it once at 21 mpg lol it drains fuel never again maybe in a longer run eg motorway it would be a little better.

Done a solo 34 mile drive round urban/country roads in CUPRA mode and flooring it at any opportunity I got, and got the following:

The regenerative braking is excellent, loving its effectiveness when coming up to roundabouts, keeping your distance from the car in front, junctions or different speed limits. The lane assist is decent too, unless you're moving across the road to avoid parked cars, the wee tug can be slightly frightening.
Stays planted to the road like it's on rails so can't fault the steering or grip whatsoever, and of course the power is phenomenal. Probably shouldn't be driving about in sports auto in the first few hundred miles but hey ho. Plenty of acceleration and you can really feel the difference once the motor kicks in!

If you go to the page before this (25), you'll see my previous car. A 60BHP Skoda Fabia! Massive massive upgrade hahahaha, safe to say I'm absolutely loving it. Didn't think I'd be able to handle the power but I've done not too bad so far.

Forgot to mention as well, that's of course on Hybrid mode and I was left with 50% battery at the end of my journey, which given the conditions (2oC outside) and the constant acceleration, isn't actually too bad!

I read on another VAG forum a while back that if you indicate your intention to pass parked cars, Lane Assist won’t do the wheel tugging thing to try and stop you moving over the white line.

That is true it doesn't, I guess over the years I've always indicated any lane crossing so I've not had that problem and doesn't active until over 30 mph I think 40.

Lol yes same as me 2-3 Formentors in the area, all Gte`s and GTI`s but only Cupra leon, they are so rare of course they may look like Seat but they are so much better looking Struggling with charging it all the time myself, for the full charge at 14Mile is a bit of a chore as i need to podpoint charge mine. 3.5 hrs for 14 mile still works out cheaper just needs to be done on a daily basis but when working im doing a day and missing a day now at least till the weather gets warmer

Yes the figures returned are quite special shame the battery dosnt last too long in, summer would be a different scenario however.
