So today I asked if taking the M safety pack off would make the car come quicker and the dealers responded with the following.

No I don’t think so. This isn’t confirmed but I believe it’s due to the emissions targets. As its coming up to the end of the year they will be mindful of what they are producing.
That either sounds they are going to make more Cupra Born or Hybrid vehicles not sure thou either. o_O

I'm in the exact same boat as you, with who did you get a quote for £1,500?! The cheapest I've been able to find for myself is £1,900 😬
I've got both my parents as named drivers, 2 years no claims and of course location plays a big part of it as well, where I live (Cumbria) it's very rural and there's little car theft etc, I'm sure every factor comes into play.

That's good, as I've ordered the M safety pack, and I wouldn't want to unspec it

I've been given Angela too, I didn't want to ask specific details but given she's given me the same delivery time I'd predict I'm due a call any day and that my vehicle is also on Aquarius Ace.

Edit: Aquarius Ace is currently docked at Setubal in Portugal, so I'd imagine another 4/5 days before it lands ashore in the UK, then another 4/5 days for the vehicles onboard to be processed through customs and delivery to the dealer.

Spoke with someone from ZenAuto yesterday and managed to confirm that my car will be a MY22 car :D
This bring notable upgrades such as:
- Standard heated steering wheel on all trims
- Standard granny charger AND mode 3 charging cable
- revised suspension so that it doesn't sit stupidly high on e-hybrid models

There is probably more stuff in the MY22 that isn't mentioned, I will explore that once I get my car in Feb.

For those hoping to get their Cupras this/next month, the Aquarius Ace is headed for Sheerness for Nov 6th, so keep your eyes out.

Also be aware that model year changes can sometimes result in items of equipment being deleted from the previous year’s model spec, so there’s a chance that there might have been some items of kit that‘ve been dropped for MY22.

I read yesterday on a VW forum that from this month’s production, of a number of items of equipment no longer being available on a specific model of car the forum member had on order. Some of this might have been a consequence of the computer chip shortages, but not all were.

Here you go;

Cheers for that, list is quite extensive, park assist, roof rails, usb c's wonder if same sort of things could apply for a regular Leon ST FR, might get on to my dealer and see if they have been told about changes!

Still no call from ZenAuto for a deposit.... I'm hoping the eHybrids are on Aquarius Ace? Does anyone know which dealer they're going to?
