Ordered 11th May through leasing Options. I wasn't getting any updates from them so started using Cupra live chat, who initially were pretty good. These updates have now stopped. They initially stated it was an IT issue, which dragged on for weeks. Now they use this template reply.If this guy replying to your chat is a Cupra Support he is correct to advise you to contact your retailer, i heard they have stopped all the tracking from the official cupra, i would therefore get in touch with your retailer or lease provider just curios when you ordered this please?
Passing them the SLI reference allowed them to tell you the progress of the build. Only fair to approach them if your dealership/leasing company don't provide updates
