Sure are (thanks). Issues I found with the kit I received was that the hole in the bonnet bracket was 8mm but the supplied ball studs were M6. Yes it has washers but I still wrapped a piece of 1mm wire around the thread to keep it central in the hole and stop it moving. Also I found that with the bonnet open, the strut angle is at the absolute limit it can go before it tries to pop itself off the lower ball stud. Time will tell. Interested to see if you find the same with yours. Are these the Amazon ones on special offer I listed up for everyone? Mine still haven't arrived yet!!!

What does it look like from the side? Is it ball like?
Haha no worries I know what you mean - isnt obvious if its one of the golf ball shaped ones, or an elongated cylinder type etcReading back that does sound bad!
Sorry genuine question.
Genuinely curious question, how did you obliterate a Golf R? My understanding is they are 300bhp (or 310 in some cases) and 4motion. If I am right, Cupra's come in 280, 290 or 300. Are you running stage 2 or some other performance upgrades?Absolutely obliterated a golf r. He cut us off and tried to speed away.. We easily kept up .. think he was embarrassed
looks greatFinally got round to de-chroming my front and rear. FR badge removed ready for my custom colour scheme.
Your red interior trim looks good. Is it vinyl? Want to do mine to black, not a fan of the chromeA good wash and polish, inside and out, over the weekend....
Black Plasti dipped the chrome round the front grille. A nice cheap and simple mod that makes the front look miles better imo especially since i have 99% blacked out the front badge too. View attachment 26680
Thanks. Yes it's vinyl wrap, although it's faded a bit now. I might have to redo it. There are better pics and more info here.....Your red interior trim looks good. Is it vinyl? Want to do mine to black, not a fan of the chrome

I had to pull out the central console to fit a Stop Start memory module and have done a user guide if it helps you https://forums.seatcupra.net/index.php?threads/cupra-280-2014-main-control-panel-removal.449954/ @paddy6789 also provided the Seat Workshop manuals that will show you how stuff is...www.seatcupra.net
Only on standing start, once moving the Golf R has to carry the extra weight, which allows the lighter Cupra to be quicker. That' s why the Cupra 280 back in 2014 was quicker round the green mile than the R.Genuinely curious question, how did you obliterate a Golf R? Only asking as I often consider a Leon Cupra ST or a Golf R, and the Golf R usually seems to come out on top in almost every test and comparison I have read.
Cheers.
